The Constitutional Court resumes its practice of printing its annual reports, "Decisions and Rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria".
In connection with the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Court's establishment in 2026, the collections of decisions and rulings from 2015 to 2024, which until now have only been available in electronic format, will be published in paper form. Thus, the series printed so far from 1991-1992 to 2014 will be continued with the acts of the Constitutional Court for a ten-year period - until 2024.
The first books, which are already in the Court's library, are the 2015 and 2023 yearbooks. The publications contain the texts of the Court's acts for the respective year, and their summaries in English are included in the appendix. The content of the collections is arranged chronologically according to the case numbers. For each case, the subject of the request is noted on the pages, along with the Constitutional Court's ruling, opinions, and dissenting opinions.
The printed editions for 2015 and 2023 will be available at the St. St. Cyril and Methodius National Library and, if there is interest, will be provided to the libraries of universities and courts.
