Representatives from the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria took part in an annual legal forum in Ankara. The 13th Summer School, organized by the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions (AACC) and hosted by the Constitutional Court of Türkiye, took place from 5th to 9th  October 2025.

The topic of the forum in 2025, which is traditionally held in the Turkish capital as a seat of the AACC's Center for Training and Human Resources Development (CTHRD), was "Family Life in the Constitutional Perspective and the Right to Respect for Family Life".  Representatives from 33 delegations, including judges and judicial clerks, had the opportunity to present the case law of their respective courts in the matter under discussion.

The report by the lawyers from the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria, Tomislav Gospodinov and Nikola Yovchev, focused on the protection of private and family life under the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria and the decisions of the national Constitutional Court on the subject.

The Bulgarian report, along with the others delivered during the forum, will be included in a special volume, published by the AACC.
