Constitutional Judges Prof. Yanaki Stoilov and Dr. Nevin Feti were lecturers at the opening of the Tenth International Conference “IUS & LEX.” The forum was organized to mark the Anniversary of the Balkan Association of Roman Law and Roman Legal Tradition „Societas pro iure romano“ (SIR) and took place at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.”
Prof. Yanaki Stoilov addressed the conference on the topic “THE ROLE OF CONSTITUTIONAL JURISDICTIONS IN PROTECTING IUS, EVEN AGAINST LEX”.
Dr. Nevin Feti presented on “IUSTITIA ET BONA FIDES, PROPUGNACULUM ADVERSUS ABUSUM IURIS”.
The conference was organized by the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the lecturers in Roman law, with the support of the Rector of the University, Prof. Georgi Valchev, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Daniel Valchev.
