On 27 March 2025, in the ceremonial hall of the Constitutional Court, the newly elected Judge from the quota of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria Orlin Dimitrov Kolev took the oath of office.
Mr Kolev takes the place of Judge Konstantin Penchev, whose mandate was terminated in accordance with Article 148, para. 1, item 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria on 12 November 2024.
