The Three Newly-elected and Newly-appointed Judges at the Constitutional Court Took the Oath of Office

On November 14, 2024, in the ceremonial hall of the Constitutional Court, the newly-elected Constitutional Judge from the judicial quota Galina Nikolaeva Toneva-Dacheva and the newly-appointed Constitutional Judges from the quota of the President - Sasho Georgiev Penov and Nevin Feti Osman-Yordanova took the oath of office.
According to Article 148, par. 1(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgariahe the mandate of the Judges Mariana Karagyozova-Finkova, Philip Dimitrov, Tanya Raykovska and Konstantin Penchev was terminated on 12 November 2024.
