On 29.04.2024, a delegation from the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia led by Mr. Djarot Saiful Hidayat paid an official visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria.
An official bilateral meeting was held with the President of the Constitutional Court Ms Pavlina Panova, where the structure and competences of the Court were discussed, as well as the legal effect of its decisions, especially regarding the control of the legality of elections.
The meeting was also attended by the Secretary General of the Court, Mr. Valentin Georgiev, as well as legal experts Desislava Kemalova and Alexander Tsekov.
