On January 26, 2024, in the Ceremonial Hall of the Constitutional Court, the newly elected Constitutional Justices from the quota of the National Assembly - Borislav Belazelkov and Desislava Atanasova took the oath of office.
The mandate of Constitutional Judges Anastas Anastasov and Grozdan Iliev was terminated on the basis of Article 148, para. 1(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria on 16 November 2021 and 1 March 2022 respectively.
