At its sitting on 10 March 2026 the Constitutional Court admitted for consideration on the merits the request of the Supreme Bar Council to establish the unconstitutionality of Article 280, paragraph 3 of the Civil Procedure Code (published in State Gazette No. 59 of 2007, last amended and supplemented in State Gazette No. 17 of 2026).
The sitting was attended by 10 constitutional judges.
The ruling was adopted unanimously.
