At its sitting on 18 November 2025, the Constitutional Court delivered its resolution on constitutional case No. 13/2025, admitting for consideration on the merits the request of 49 members of the 51st National Assembly to establish the unconstitutionality of Article 8, paragraph 4, and Article 9, paragraphs 8 and 9 of the Anti-Corruption Act and the Resolution on the adoption of Rules for the activities of the Nomination Committee and the procedure for nominating, reviewing candidacies, and electing members of the Anti-Corruption Commission, adopted by the 51st National Assembly on July 11, 2025.
The Resolution was adopted unanimously.
The sitting was held in the presence of 12 constitutional judges.
