At its sitting on June 25, 2026, the Constitutional Court admitted for consideration on the merits the request of the Third Panel of the Administrative Court—Silistra to declare unconstitutional Article 574, paragraph 10, of the Insurance Code (published in the State Gazette, No. 102 of 2015, last amended in State Gazette No. 51 of 2026) in the part “from the date of sending the notification,” and Article 143, paragraph 10, sentence 1 of the Road Traffic Act (published in State Gazette No. 20 of 1999, last amended by State Gazette No. 55 of 2026).
