At its sitting on 28 May 2026, the Constitutional Court admitted for consideration on the merits the request of a three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court to declare unconstitutional §5, para. 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2025 (published in the State Gazette, No. 26 of 2025, last amended and supplemented in No. 83 of 2025). The reporting judge in Case No. 9/2026 is Judge Nevin Feti.
