At its sitting on April 7, 2026 the Constitutional Court admitted for consideration on the merits the request of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria to declare unconstitutional the Decision of the National Assembly of March 13, 2026, on taking measures against the price shock caused by high prices of crude oil and natural gas (published in the State Gazette, Issue 28 of 2026).
All 12 constitutional judges participated in the session.
The ruling was adopted unanimously.
