At its sitting on January 23, 2026, the Constitutional Court admitted for consideration on the merits the request of fifty-one members of the 51st National Assembly to establish the unconstitutionality of the provisions of Article 4, paragraph 3, in the part "with the exception of those under Chapter Four "a", Article 27c, paragraph 3, in the part "as well as in a person engaged in the storage, transport, or wholesale and retail trade of petroleum and petroleum products", Article 27c, paragraph 1, item 1, in the part "or to a person engaged in the storage, transport or wholesale and retail trade of petroleum and petroleum products", Article 27c, paragraphs 3–10 of the Law on the Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Related to Petroleum and Petroleum Products (published in State Gazette No. 62 of 2018, last amended and supplemented in State Gazette No. 97 of 2025).
The Resolution was adopted unanimously.
Twelve constitutional judges participated in the sitting.
