Today, 20 January 2026, the Constitutional Court initiated constitutional case No. 3/2026 on the grounds of the resignation of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, submitted pursuant to Article 97(1)(1) of the Constitution.
Judge Pavlina Panova was appointed as rapporteur for the case.
