Today, December 11, 2025, the Constitutional Court initiated Constitutional Case No. 20/2025 upon a request by the Municipal Council of Mineralni Bani to resolve a competence dispute on the grounds of Article 149, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The rapporteur for the case is Judge Nadezhda Dzhelepova.
